पुस्तक दिवस पर मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय ने माईबुकमाई फ्रेंड्स नाम की एक नई मुहिम शुरु की है। माननीय मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्री रमेश पोखरियाल निशंक जी के अनुसार जब आप एक पुस्तक खोलते हैं तो आप एक नई दुनिया खोलते हैं।
विश्व पुस्तक दिवस के अवसर पर माननीय मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्री रमेश पोखरियाल निशंक ने ट्विटर पर ‘#MyBookMyFriend’ अभियान शुरू किया है। उन्होंने अपने ट्विटर अकाउंट पर एक वीडियो शेयर कर बताया कि किताबों से बेहतर दोस्त, बेहतर ताकत, बेहतर प्रेरणा देने वाला और बेहतर मार्गदर्शक कोई भी नहीं हो सकता है। उन्होंने यह भी कहा किताबें सदा हमारे साथ रहती हैं और हमें जिंदगी के मुश्किल समय में सहारा देती हैं।
पुस्तके हमारी मित्र होती हैं वह हमारी सच्ची मित्र होती हैं क्योंकि पुस्तके सिर्फ हमको कुछ ना कुछ देती हैं हमें देने के बदले में वह हमसे कुछ नहीं लेती. … पुस्तके हमें मुफ्त में ही बहुत सारा ज्ञान करा देती हैं जो हमारे बहुत ही काम आता है.पुस्तक पढ़कर हम सभी को ज्ञान प्राप्त होता है। अपने शहर, प्रदेश, देश ही नहीं विश्व के बारे में हमें सभी जानकारियां पुस्तक पढ़ कर ही प्राप्त होती हैं। अब आधुनिक तकनीक के जमाने में इंटरनेट पर सभी तरह की पुस्तकों की इ-बुक (e-book) में मौजूद है। अब हम सभी अपने मोबाइल फोन, कंप्यूटर पर ही हर तरह की पुस्तक पढ़ सकते हैं। यहा कुछ पुस्तकों के लिंक दिए गए हैं जिन पर क्लिक करके आप इन पुस्तकों का आनंद ले सकते हैंI

और दूजे पल में घूमू मैं पूरा एशिया
नित नये सिखाता शब्द भंडार
बढ़ने के देता मौके अपार
कभी सोल्व करवाए मर्डर मिस्ट्री
और कभी सुझाये इजिप्ट की हिस्ट्री
नहीं छोड़े मुझे अकेला
साथी है, वो मेरा अलबेला
कभी नानी की नादान गुडिया बन जाऊ
तो कभी रानी लक्ष्मी के
साहसी जीवन को जी जाऊँ
तपती जून में जनवरी की ठंडक का अहसास पाऊँ
